Below is a schedule of the week.

Throughout the week leading up to the wedding we wanted to provide gatherings and activities for everyone to eat, socialize, and relax. The schedule below reflects the meals we’ll be hosting and larger group activitiy options that are scheduled. We realize that not everyone will be partaking in the group activities and may have their own excursions and schedules planned which we encourage. There are no obligations to any dinner or activity.

Closer to the date we’ll send out an RSVP for all meals to make sure we accommodate everyone and their needs as well have a proper head count.

All the dinners outside of the post ceremony dinner will be casual dining featuring traditional Tuscan foods. Gluten Free, Vegetarian, and Vegan options will be provided. Please make sure you note any dietary restrictions you may have when you RSVP.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

Sunday Late Afternoon
- Arrivals through out the day. In the late afternoon we will host a welcome aperitivo and casual pizza dinner.

Monday Late Afternoon & Evening
- A free day to relax a little, take a nap by the pool, and adjust to the time changes. If relaxing ain’t your thing, go explore the country side and Sienna.
- In the late afternoon we invite you as our guest for aperitivo and welcome dinner for all our guests of traditional Tuscan pasta.

Tuesday Late Morning
- Wine & Olive Oil Tasting tour will be available including a prix-fix lunch at a Vineyard for those who choose to attend. For anyone else they can explore the region. Our activities page has a bunch of suggestions for things you can do in the area.

Wednesday Morning, Late Afternoon and Evening
- A tour of Sienna and San Gimignano will be available.
- In the late afternoon we invite you as our guests to join us for a wine and cheese tasting, followed by dinner on site.

Thursday
- All day excursion and tour of Florence for those who choose to join.
No group dinner this evening, free to explore or test the kitchens in your Villa.

Friday Afternoon into the Night
- 3:30pm Ceremony followed by aperitivo, dinner, & party

Saturday Morning
- Brunch @ 11am

Sunday
- Departures. Hope you had an awesome time!
